If you don't know what that is, it's a "Permission" Asking-program-pain-in-the-butt for you to proceed with a program that you want to open or other stuff you try to use that are safe.

hey does this also work on the start up were u can view other user accounts cause on mine i dont c my other user accounts all i c is a box with nothing in it and 2 other boxes that says : Username: and then Password :( and that really annoys me :( plz help if u can :(

Go into "control userpasswords2" in the Run Command.

Click on your Username. Click on Properties and under "Group Membership" tab. Click on "Administrator"

Try it out again. Cause maybe your on a Limited Account.
