@Splitsquid oxygen abundant dude

Love the end.. saw something similar on Operation Repo cept they all came out of a house and a van.. DAMN MEXICANS
-
haha, funny ending :P

my jaw hit the floor at the end of this vid

I would like to see how explosive a liquid hydrogen-oxygen mixture would be, but apparently that cannot happen or no one who has seen the internet before knows..

People keep going-on about the price of oil etc. but no-one has mentioned the simple FACT that Petrol/Gasoline is NOT deliberately created from oil for your car; it's a waste by-product of oil refining. In theory, the oil companies could GIVE the petrol away as they would only have to burn it to get rid of it while they're refining oil.
Didn't you people know that petrol is a waste by-product and NOT a manufactured commodity?

lol I have worked in a oil refinery in Oklahoma and I have worked at a industrial battery plant as an overseer and worked on a cell design team. Cell teams inspect efficiency spread sheets and analyze data and we work our hardest to increase efficiency. And I can tell you from first hand experience that no there is not as much potential energy locked away hidden in petroleum. Case in point what do you think would have happened if we dropped an oil bomb in Japan We will be out of oil soon anyway
-
@williamkroth lol petroleum has loads of potential energy in it. As for the battery, everything requires work to produce, we just need to make it more efficient.

as opposed to what we are doing with oil at the moment we can produce electricity for damn near free with hydro electric gennerators being powered by the flow of our rivers and streams wind and solor power........explain to me how oil production is more efficient. do you know what it takes to creat a battery for a electric car......i do and its nun to efficient it takes a huge factory that eats up over 1million just to keep the lights on on power all the equipment inside.
-
no efficiency whatsoever, transforming electricity into hydrogen/oxygen is always bound to lose energy. im sorry but hydrogen production through electrolysis is just plain stupid to reuse it again when we could just use electric cars
Is the gas coming out pre-mixed with oxygen or as pure H2? I have never got such a vigorous reaction using pure H2.

The gas being produced is hydrogen and oxygen mixed together. The torch is causing the HHO gas to ignite completely unlike when you use a lighter.
