Sound like an automated anouncement. It could be worse, the announcer at Milton Keynes Central sounds like a complete nerd, and for some reason he emphasizes the "ham" in "Birmingham"

73096 - A Standard Class 4-6-0 5MT built by British Railways in the 1950s. It's based on the Mid Hants 'Watercress' line, from Alresford to Alton.
