The shortest time span between frames here is 60 seconds despite the source being updated every 2 seconds. All frames were captured manually by me as .PNG files, extended to 1/3 second long and stitched together at 30FPS. Yes, that's how I spent my morning... sitting on my ass pushing a button.
So... framerate = 30 to satisfy YouTube's algorithms, visible framerate = 1/3 of that as 10FPS is taken up displaying the same image. Total running time approx 40 sec, total time represented = 3.5 hours.
This is only one side, there were also people in the parks, all around capitol hill, and stretching all the way back to the Washington Monument.

the crowd accomplished nothing. They will accomplish nothing in the future, unless they go for the revol. The americans are incredibly trusting and on top of that, most are dumb as a stick. A person from that crowd that was on Michael Savage's radio show said that not only did the media not want to cover this because of the number of people, but that the city was spotless afterwords; no mess, no violence.

The feed is supposed to be 3.5 hours long. If so, 3.5 hours = 210 minutes. 210 minutes divided by 39 seconds of this video= 5.38 minutes per "frame" of the video.
That said, I doubt the group of people on the roof by the flag pole would stand there for near an hour watching a crowd walk by...........

Sorry 1.3 miles from 14th street to the capitol, that does not include the people on the OPPOSITE side of the capitol (the mall), ATLEAST ANOTHER MILE ON THAT SIDE.

If that's 3 million people there are ten thousand trees in my yard. You must be drunk off your rocker. What's more, I love how these people are protesting because of healthcare, yet when the patriot act was passed they were probably the people supporting it.
