Whos to say whats worth what in the Mutual Credit system? I wouldn't want to drive all the way up there and fix that ladies fence in the snow if she was giving someone else apples to redeem her Negative credit.., or is that part of it? cooperation? Seems not completely hashed out?

I am absolutely sick of this false propaganda bandied about by the scare-mongers and conspiracy theorists about banks creating money from "nothing" and all this bullshit against Fractional Reserve Banking. People cannot think for themselves and its not the bankers but these fkn annoying conspiracy theorists who don't understand squat about economy that are trying to control the world. FRB is the basis of capitalism and without it, capitalism will not work. Banks do it openly, hardly a fraud.

to say that before the 17th century, the speculators we punished! But now they run the world, and we see where they are getting us?

I advocate the Resource Based Economy System (RBE).!!!!!! I ADVOCATE IT SOOO MUCH, BECAUSE I HAVE SPENT HALF MY LIFE LEARNING ABOUT ALTERNATIVE SYSTEMS AND I HAVE NEVER FOUND A MORE LOGICAL AND HUMANLY POSSIBLE SYSTEM. Please don´t start hating. It is only my opinion (through much research though!) ;)

There is a lot that is absolutely right in this video ...but .. the non-monetary, nor any form of credit or barter 'Resource Based Economic system' being advocated by the Venus Project is so undoubtedly a far better idea, once you understand it.

RBE!!!!
@potosubs It's a little thing called life. Loved ones getting sick or dying, getting injured and can no longer work and ect. To blame people for them being paid minimum wage is stupid, and to say they should work harder is even stupider. If that were possible 10-20% of Americans wouldn't be unemployed right now. Someone IS forced into the bottom classes by design. Maybe not on purpose, but we have to look at the effects of the economic system we choose to live under. It's simple to understand.

Now, of course what that means is that you have the whole ugly competition for the scarce resource that's there; we have the competition for the artificially scarce dollars, or euros, or whatever, National Bank-Debt Money. This is the paradigm we are living with, a total monopoly of Bank-Debt Money. That is the thing that nobody questions... it has to be a monopoly, and it has to be Bank-Debt Money. Why? A dual currency system would be much more beneficial to a larger number of people.
