@Ismafau if you mean Wing stubs, then that becomes a true statement. Winglets are the Brainchild of the B747-400, and the tall winglets are on all boeings. A330, A340 winglets don't compare (I'll concede the 747 has some short ones too and the fact that Airbus included their winglets in house) but nothing can compare with the Avation Partners Boeing blended winglets.
I'm sorry "Airbuser" but Winglets were first thought up by an englishman in the late 1800's, yes before The wright brother's first flight. wrap your mind around that. Then "pioneered" by NASA in the late 1970's The first commercial aircraft to use them was the LearJet 28. the First major Airliner to have them was the 747-400. Airbus has yet to "pioneer" anything, despite numerous Airbuser claims to the contrary.
