Hi everyone!
Okay so this video covers information on the 1790 census. I list all the states that are included in the census and I give details about what exactly you'll find in this year.
I also went into detail about how the U.S is divided. I know a lot of American natives will understand this, but I also know that there are a few international folks who are researching their American lines.

Alrighty - so the states that are included in this census are:
Conneticut, Delaware, Georgia, Maine, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachussetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Virginia.

Alright - so the way the U.S is divided (and the proper way to record places) is as follows:
City, County, State, Country.

Alright everyone so enjoy this part of the series and please comment/rate. I love hearing from you guys and it really does help me improve.

Also, sorry for the late upload.

  • Just an fyi.. Virginia doesn't appear into the Federal Census records until 1810.

  • Thank you so much for telling me that!

I usually make my videos late at night so I probably got a bit mixed up. Thanks!

  • I'm English American why in 1980 their was 61 million British now their is 40 million? The British were prodominantly in the south. Why do the British in the south call them selfs "American" If they called them's selfs British their would be at least 60 Million British Americans But surely that group would have increased so British Americans should be 100 million at least! By the way you are beautiful!
