  • @DragonTheSlayer Hey..you have a point about the Taxable income thing.,....but I think u missed the point where he said that the video is an example of a Hypothetical situation where there's no deductions and no exemptions, therefore, in THIS example, ALL ($120 000) of Moe's Income would be taxable...get me? I think this video was pretty cool.

  • dividing 21000 by Total income gives Effective tax rate, and not Average tax rate, Average tax rate is Total tax divided only by TAXABLE INCOME
