@DragonTheSlayer Hey..you have a point about the Taxable income thing.,....but I think u missed the point where he said that the video is an example of a Hypothetical situation where there's no deductions and no exemptions, therefore, in THIS example, ALL ($120 000) of Moe's Income would be taxable...get me? I think this video was pretty cool.

dividing 21000 by Total income gives Effective tax rate, and not Average tax rate, Average tax rate is Total tax divided only by TAXABLE INCOME
