I currently live in Ttrilogy, a resort style community for those of us 55 and over. I have sold extensively in the ocmmunity, both resale and new, and can certainly be considered your neighborhood specialist here.

I have worked extensively with a major corporation in helping their relocating employees and newly hired personnel find homes in the Seattle area. Relocation, even if it is just a move across town or across the state, can be a very stressful situation. I fully understand the stress of relocation and can help keep those anxious moments to a minimum. My husband and I have built a second home in Santa Fe, NM. It had been 16 years since we built our last home, and doing this latest project long distance has given me a whole new appreciation of trying to do that when you can't readily run over and check on progress...and that everything is being done as you selected.
