THE TAXI IN BOGOTA ARE 100% SAFE IN THE DAY AND AT THE NIGHT IF YOU WANT YOU CAN TAKE A TAXI WITHOUT PROBLEM, YOU JUST HAVE TO CALL FOR IT; (THAT DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU CAN NOT TAKE IT WITHOUT CALLING ; JUST IS MORE RECOMENDABLE IF IS LATE AT NIGHT) THEY HAVE CALL CENTER WHERE THEY TELL YOU THE PASWORD AND PLATE NUMBER.
