er...SOME media is not as accurate.
Ironically, Captain N did portray him as a boy while the ruby spears cartoon did not...

@Rane909 Actually, "the Atari", which I assume you mean the 2600, is indeed an 8-bit machine. So were both of it's successors, the 5200 and 7800. However, the NES was a far more advanced machine than the three of them, which is easy to get the impression they weren't 8-bit.

@mopbrothers Old comment, I know. That's actually a Sega Genesis cartridge, as some later Genesis cartridges had that yellow tab at the side, but the console is an Atari, can't decide which, though.
Doesn't matter, as both consoles are made by companies which are hardly around anymore, and using an NES could pose legal problems, like "Why are you using a Nintendo console to advertise a non-Nintendo game".
