Hi I have watched almost all of your videos and I love them it reallly keeps me motivated to brush my teeth. In your videos you say teeth are supposed to be hard and not easy to remove but in one of your videos you said that the out side layer of the tooth is hard the enemal and then the middle is soft, so my question is I see that your remove the outter layer and remove the decay with tiny spoon looking thing since its soft but isn't the middle of the tooth supppose to be soft anyways?

I can just imagine what it would be like getting poked with that instrument with being numbed. Thank the lord in heaven for anasthetics.

i'm very scared about my teeth. i brush about 5-7 times a day but i honestly don't know if that's enough.in the past,i've had 5 teeth pulled and i don't want to revert back to my standards.any advice?
The hard layer is enamel. The next layer is softer but still hard in comparison to soft ,mushy decay. Decay uses acid from food particles to dissolve the tooth structure. Enamel is so hard that it takes quite a while to dissolve. Once the acid is past the enamel layer it dissolves the dentin quickly because it is soft. Thank u for the encouragement about the videos. If there is a topic u r interested in, I ill try to comply

A dental office that will specialize in preventive dentistry will be able to help you in the proper care of your mouth. The combination of of regular brushing and flossing with a good diet will go a long way to keeping your teeth. If your teeth do not come together correctly then you will need a night guard and possibly some other bite therapy
