  • Cetaphil is great....I used it when i had cystic acne as a teenager and it was the only thing that cleared up my skin. I still use it today and everyone says that my skin looks really healthy

  • @Jannsmith Absolutely. Sometimes I get really attached 2 a product too. It's so hard to know whether one should stock up and grab a few extras just in case! I wish they'd give some warning if they're going 2 stop selling a product. That's happened quite a lot with Body Shop stuff but then they end up bringing some of them back again, even if only for a short time! I'm allergic 2 salicylic acid and I accidentally bought an anti-bacterial handwash with it in & sores came out all over my hands!

  • @itsageoffrushthing - I know what you mean about manufacturers that discontinue one's favorite product. With fragrance, I really enjoyed Victoria's Secret "peach hyacinth", but, unfortunately, they discontinued the product in the late 90's. I am so allergic to various scents and products, and that fragrance agreed with me very well ;) Wah! I miss the slight peach with floral (probably the hyacinth) scent :)

  • @Jannsmith Oh okay, I'll have to try some new ones out. I know L'Oreal replaced that one that they discontinued with a new one but it's nowhere near as good. I don't know why they stopped making it 'cause it was so darn good! Oh well. I'll have to try some other things out.

  • @itsageoffrushthing - Perhaps amazon has some in stock that are not out of date. I'm sorry that it is somewhat difficult for you to get the cleanser that you'd like :) I've heard that CeraVe is a gentle cleanser and that it removes makeup, too.

  • @Jannsmith yeah but most likely as with a lot of the other discontinued stock on eBay etc it'd be quite old as they stopped selling it in most countries quite a while ago, I just came by chance upon a couple of tubes of it in a random store a few months ago but it's been gone from department stores and supermarkets etc for a fairly long time now.

  • @itsageoffrushthing - Perhaps you can order the product online.

  • @FiklPikl Same! They just stopped selling it in Australia too recently. It sucks. I used to swear by that cleanser!!!!
