is the government's responsibilities to protected it citizens ,and for all these years it had don't needier to improve lives of Moroccans (is a primitive state as of today) that is being said , Moroccan state is too corrupted to do anything and beside its contributed to the criminal activities .Morocco is not a Democratic state that would look after it young and venable citizens. Morocco had build cities just for visitors come in and enjoy all type of prostitution's including kids and drugs
