@shinkengatsxa I completely agree. Plus some folks don't realize that in order for a gun to work, you have to have it out and ready. Now unless you walk around with the gun cocked and ready, one could be surprised and unable to take out the gun from the holster, pocket, etc. But you always have your hands and feet with you. :-)
Which is not to downgrade the value of firearms for self defense, particularly home defense. It's just that having additional options is always valuable.

I appreciate seeing ground technique being utilized in any demo. The Jitsu (small circle) side of things does a good job of confronting and dealing with street attacks and the like.

Exactly, just done with a slightyl different twist here adn there but as my instructor says, "its all cheesecake, different flavours but its still cheesecake"
