Quake 4 (2005) PC gameplay

Good game but not very original. It's like a Doom 3 inspired from Starship Troopers. The voice acting and character models are outstanding. Weapons are pretty good with balanced damage (except the basic water pistol), but instead of being given the opportunity to shoot the crap out of everything, the player is taken at times through horror moments. While those are very well done... it's supposed to be Quake so wtf?

Guyz this game is the best shooter game i have seen. First doom is a rip of from it because quake 4 was created before DOOM 3.

@fooboo13 No, Doom 3 is older than Quake 4. I like Q4 but I frikkin love D3 so that's a matter of taste.

i think its becoz i got a dual core cpu and his hame is not compatible

It's definitely compatible with dual core CPU-s. Wouldn't know what your actual problem is though.

Quake 4 , looks damn good but it sucks green donkey balls.

main complaints , too dark , rip off of doom3

and well basicaly quake 3 arena is still the the best or ID wouldn't be trying to get it where you can play it for free in a browser.

in quake terms older seems to be better

I still think glquakeworld with the FUHquake mod was best of all.

if you still have an AGP system just play quake3 and down.
