What type of Pencil and eraser are you using?

@carmlos247 I use a Pentel Twist Erase 0.9 mechanical pencil that you can purchase at any office supply store. I use the HB lead that comes with the pencil. The erasure is a "kneaded" art gum erasure. It's grey in color and is packaged in a clear plastic wrapper and is about a inch square and 1/4" inch thick. It's soft and can be shaped to fit your needs. You "knead" it to create a clean surface.
