MasterWorks Festival: Dance

The MasterWorks Festival Dance Program is designed to train young, aspiring dancers to integrate their Christian faith with their studies and life in the classical ballet world. This program offers world-class instruction from professional dancers and teachers. The program is open to outstanding students ages 14 or older who have completed three years of advanced pointe work and/or three years advanced study (men).

Daily classes feature: ballet and modern technique, pointe, and variation work.

The emphasis is on excellence in performance, training, and application of classical ballet and modern dance techniques to classical music. Rehearsals are focused on preparation for two major performances accompanied by the MasterWorks Festival Orchestra. Other performance opportunities include master classes given by guest artists.
