Great advice! I'm 196 pounds and 5ft 7inch. Last week i ran 3 times a day. 4km a day. And my diet was strict. I ate only an apple for breakfast, a banana for lunch and 1 apple or banana for dinner. But i drank plenty of water. Well i was 202 pounds last week.. Should i continue doing what i'm doing? Please reply! Thank you! And keep the videos coming!

@Achitots Try eating protein so your body can start building muscle at least 100g-150f per day this way when you lose all your weight you will look healthy and lean.

but I have one question concerning the nutrition: I'm vegetarian so I wanted to ask if it's ok to replace the meals involving fish with soy products etc.?

thx dude, hey im like 143lbs, want to get to like 135lbs for abs. how long will ittake? i usually do 20minute medium intense jogging a day. and light weights lght reps as im small =P

@XxBanksy it should only take you 30 days max just eat clean and high protein meals, im at 160 now im going for 150 in the end of this month
