A slideshow featuring lemurs and the landscape of Madagascar, with narration by Nayuta Yamashita, assistant professor of anthropology in the USC College of Letters, Arts & Sciences.

Native only to Madagascar, lemurs are the most primitive, and rarest, primates on the planet.

The greater bamboo lemur, ring-tailed lemur, sportive lemur and white sifaka are depicted in this slideshow, along with shots of the places they live and the people who study these animals.

The narration includes details about the feeding, mating and rearing habits of lemurs.
