This is video of who i think had the toughest chins in the past decade or so, its something your given not something you can get better at. i could think of a few others but these guys are some of the toughest
although the greatest chin in boxing history may be Jake la motta, Muhammad ali, and george chavalo (from what ive seen)

out of todays fighters margarito deffinetly has the best chin...seriously he has like no defence and comes forward constantly and he still eats up those punches
