MVP Review: Last House on the Left (2009) is tense 'til the end.

Streebo reviews the Last House on the Left remake and tries not to sound like an idiot along the way - but eh what can ya do?

MVP reviews the remake of the classic Wes Craven horror film the Last House on the left.

The film is directed by Dennis Iliadis and stars
Garret Dillahunt, Michael Bowen, Joshua Cox, Riki Lindhome, Aaron Paul, Sara Paxton, Monica Potter, Tony Goldwyn, Martha MacIsaac, Spencer Treat Clark.

Plot - After kidnapping and brutally assaulting two young women, a gang led by a prison escapee (Dillahunt) unknowingly finds refuge at a vacation home belonging the parents of one of the victims -- a mother (Potter) and father (Goldwyn) who devise an increasingly gruesome series of revenge tactics.

Sorry for posting so late - but we've been revamping MVP from the bottom to the top. I thought it was best to hold onto this until we had the new course set for MVP.

Great remake of a horror classic. What do you think of these other horror remakes? The Thing, The Fly, The Blob, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Friday The 13th, Halloween, Dawn of the Dead, Night of the Living Dead, Cat People, House on Haunted Hill, The Hills Have Eyes, The Ring, My Bloody Valentine 3D, Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Wizard of Gore, Toolbox Murders and 2001 maniacs.

and actualy in the unrated version the rape scene is more drawn out and graphic but in the movie's it is a vary graphic rape scene to and over done and wuznt needed to be drawn out like tht
