Sometimes you can't always land a move. And sometimes, this can injure you, but not anymore! This video is to display a few moves to handle some fears people have of a couple basic tricks such as the handstand, one armed handstand, walking on your hands, front handsprings, back handsprings, and probably a few others this can be used for.
In addition, I had a little fun. I did a few cartwheels and rolls and event went for a couple freezes. Pure fun to spice up the video.
Be aware, these saves must be practiced, and also note that yours will probably not look like mine unless you're flexible, just get the ideas and learn what works for you.

Actually no, this video was made with poor technique in mind on purpose so I could actually perform a save. Even when I try, I can't do that long of a handstand yet with 2 hands. With one hand, I'm not sure...I just learned how to do a handstand recently, and both my wrists are still injured, so I can't do more than 1 or 2 seconds with one hand.

Skills, you balance great on your hands. Are you able to hold the one hand handstand for a time?

Thank you. It is indeed useful, and I was great at wrestling because I never got pinned. ;P But I have a long way to go.

You're amazing. That would be great for martial arts. Get out of many awkward situations.
Fantastic for grappling and tumbling and I can see uses when sparring.
Just awesome.
If only.......
