its 25 m pool right? What kind of record is this if you can use the side of the pools 6 times?
Try the same without using the sides of the pools and it will be much harder...

if you were to swim a 50m, how many times do you think you would exhale underwater? would you exhale at all?? i've been trying to find a personal trainer around my area but for some reason to no avail. what you do simply and truly seems freakkinnnn IMPOSSIBLE!!! thanks for your advice!

Thanks. I see. So the national records could be higher than the world records! Sounds odd but logical when you get your head around the limited number of international events/judges. Absolutely amaxing swim! Will she (you?) be competing at an international event this year?

i'm working on my 50m swim. do you have any advice as far as breathing behavior goes while doing these types of swims? and/or any advice in general on how you do such a remarkable distance? you don't even look that winded at the end....

Ha ha, just hold your breath! Maintain normal breathing prior and stay mentally strong with a great buddy safetying you just in case. I recommend a freediving course based around no fins or I offer remote coaching.

According to the AIDA website, the current world record is 149m so this swim would beat that? Were there no AIDA judges present? Amazing swim!

There were three local AIDA E level judges so it's just a national record.
