There is no background information on Ray Logan. He recorded two sides in 1925 for Paramount Records making him a one record wonder. The song here is somewhat akin to the music of Tampa Red who made his debut recording in Chicago for Paramount three years later, even though there is no guitar on the recording.

  • Good find. I've never heard this one before. Too bad the piano player is unknown because it's good stuff.
