FFXII - Glitch or a new discovery?

According to every single FAQ and walkthrough - getting x2 items from a very rare drop (5% drop) before killing atleast 26 of the same monster is impossible.
I manage to get Burning Bow x2 at chain 20.
Earliest time to even have a chance to get Burning Bow x2 should be after killing atleast 26 Dive Talons.
What do you think, is this a glitch or a discovery?

afer 18+ combo u have 1% chanse to obtain 2x of very rare loot(drop) and 3% chanse to obtain 4x rare loot(drop)

you prove all FAQs wrongs, don't matter if it's usefull or not, the chance to get 2 rare items killing less than 21 exists.

@flak76e Rare but not impossible, 1% is just a chance, you can hit that 1 each and every time 6 times in a row.

The odds of getting a burning bow(if you're chaining them) increases if u don't pick the loot that the dive talon drops and wait until Lv.3 chain(one before the big gold coin). Then it will jump to a great 5%. This works with any monster that have very rare drops, such as Werewolves.

@BreakingBenjamin92 The burning bow has a 1% chance drop rate from Dive Talons. Chaining enemies increases that chance but it also increases the quantity. Most FAQ's said it was only possible to loot 1 equip item per drop. Flak just proved them wrong.
