The Story Behind the FRO

I have never explained part of the reason why I let my hair grow or for why I started this site.

The video you are about to see is about my mother whos birthday would have been today. I went out to her grave the other day and recorded a video talking about my regrets and how they will never go away but I can only try to change. It was a tough video to record but I kept it exactly how It was captured. After the intro you will hear a piece of audio I recorded two years ago right after she passed away. At the very end there is a slide show of images that I took from when we rushed her to the hospital all the way through her treatment until the final curtain.

We all have regrets, though they never will go away you must learn from them and change. It is to easy to stay the same and not grow as a person, if you are not changing and growing you are just dying. It's never to late to make a change but don't sit there and say I am going to wait until tomorrow or I will wait until the new year. If you really want to make a change you start right now, you don't wait!

I am not going to sit here and say that I have lived every day to its fullest or some other stuff that people say after they loose someone close to them. I will just say learn from your mistakes, continue to grow and try to let the past go as much as possible.

Mom, I love you and I am sorry.

Thank you Jared for sharing your knowledge and showing us how to learn and become a better photographer. I actually picked up my first DSLR after my brother passed away in October 2011. I've always wanted to have a DSLR and learn photography but for whatever reasons I waited and waited...when my bro passed away I told my self that I'm not waiting anymore! I miss my brother and I wish I had the chance to share my photos with him...
