this man is a musical genius
-
Heard him first time about 5 years ago, and at that time i never heard him or his music before. The concert was a revelation to me, no less! It was a sitting down concert with only Ryan and two female celloist on stage, and I have never heard any artist come close to Ryan when it comes to musical authencity and creative genious.

the grainy quality of the footage is actually pretty awesome

I have listened to this song over and over and this is why: it's about pain that burns you so deeply that it changes you, brands you. I can really relate to that. He finishes it on such an expectant note that you feel like it must keep going in his head but it was too personal to share with the world. And I like the way he plays his guitar around the notes he sings instead of on them, if that makes sense to anyone else. I will love this song for the rest of my life.

I think I've fallen out of love with you.

@Tirtsa I think it suits the bleakness of the song...and the aching painful beauty of it....

DEMOLITION. OH MAN.

Yeah, I was sitting too far away (somewhere on the balcony) from the stage to film anything properly
