Drive By Sunset

Sunset. March 5, 2008. Get a bell and ring it everyday for a year at sunrise and sunset. This installment: Jerusalem again this evening. We were riding by the old city on our way back to Tel Aviv. We missed our turn onto the highway and were once again in traffic around the city. Just before getting onto this (wrong) road, we had stopped at a barrier and asked the soldier there which way to go to Tel Aviv. He said, "Straight. GO straight" with a wave. So of course, we went straight- straight past the turnoff to the main highway that was really on the right.
