40 MPH ZAP Upgrades Demo in Action

Here is a video that shows all my ZAP upgrades in action: 72V to 84V battery pack, Bed Lift Assist, Refrigerated Seat, Instrumentation for energy management. This ZAP almost feels like a real car now in drivability and easily keeps up with City traffic. Very few people impatiently pass me now. It's such a pleasure to never stop at gas stations now.

Practical upgrade sweetness. Get twisted steel cable instead of string for durabilitiy!

So far the nylon rope is showing no signs of wear.

I chose it intentionally over steel rope because it collapses over the batteries and might come in contact with one of the terminals.

you made this car 100 times better. You should work for the company you have very good ideas. I want your car. You have so many hi-tech in that car that I hope you don't get car jack.
