Biggest Loser Contest Start Week....P90X Style

My body is in so much pain I can't sit my son on my lap. P90X worked me out these last two days, however I am in love with it. I can't wait to go back for more.

I am going 100% raw again in less than a week. I eat breakfast and sometimes luch raw already so I will just be adding a raw dinner to my day. I am going to miss some of my cooked veggies, however I know that this will be good for me. If you want to join in please contact.......

lol thank you....I was scared of P90x b4 it arrived....It is not that bad...I do think that you should not go from couch to doing P90X....However someone who is already working out its great...Dont let youtube scare you like it did me....I am in pain....but its is not that bad....

get the iron gym pullup bar it wraps on ur door frame and does 0 damage and does not need to be screwd in
