@andiback For some reason Soundblaster sounds really bad (the program actually crashes if you set the sample rate into 44kHz). You can, however, get pretty good sound by using Internal speaker and setting sample rate into 22kHz (which equals cd quality in mono). However it doesn't support stereo.
I recorded this video by using Internal speaker. Then I exported the mod from milkytracker and put it over the video to get the original LRRL-panning work.

Wow! Good old DOS music editing program Whacker Tracker playing mod-files!
How do you get Whacker Tracker working that properly?
In dosbox I only have whoosh sounding with it!
