  • Houstontvnews, I am looking for a clip from KTRK Channel 13, of the opening of the "Terror Theatre" that used to come on around midnight on Friday nights, I believe. It would show this big creepy eyeball, while playing this eerie music. It would scare me so bad, if I was sleeping when it came on, I would wake up crying and running to my mother. I have not seen or heard this since, and I would love to be reminded of it after all these years. I hope you may have this. Thanks!

  • LOL! Now we're studying the crap we used to turn the volume down on!!

  • In This Clip, From 1:08 To 1:13, It Was "Ryan's Hope" Video Close From December 2, 1983.

  • In This Clip, From 1:01 To 1:07, It Was ABC News' Good Morning America Video Promo For The Week Of December 5, 1983.

  • Was that Tim Reid in the Chef Boyardee commercial?

  • Those old commercials were funny at KTRK and my cousins used to tape Ch. 13 everynight during newscasts and late movies.

Houstontvnews, I tried to upload a similar KTRK video from January 1992 (before they changed the virtual set in the fall of 1992) with Bob Boudreaux, but the computer wouldn't allow it for some reason.

  • You sure this is from December 2,1983? Because in the Sunday Promo, Hardcastle and McCormick did air, but The TV Movie that aired after that was Heart Of Steel, so Funny Lady must've aired another ABC Sunday.

  • I was describing the form that these have here w/out flavor. Like Nachos. All other presentations with flavor are triangles also.

  • And no, they're not talking about the Sabritas/Lays potato chips from Mexico, which Frito Lay owns them.

  • 2:27 - Sabritas have "Tostichos" here w/out flavor to eat them not as candy but for cocktails and they are little circles here.
