Fallout new vegas "Shiskabab"

The sword is called Shiskabab. A flaming sword.It is mainly found being wielded by legonary assassins' captains sometimes, but can also be found in the red rock canyon armory, and hoover dam. No moding involved. I found it where I am in the vid.
