Neil Young "The Talent Contest"

This video was recored on the MS Ecstasy in 1992 when Dr. Patrick Treacy worked as ships doctor. The band sing songs from "Harvest Moon" a country-rock album, Young released in that year. Due to the abundance of musicians appearing on it who also appeared on his 1972 album Harvest, Harvest Moon is in essence a pseudo-sequel to that album.

Really really well done. You have the right tones mate!! The track you were singing was only a minor hit although the record sold well. The track , "Unknown Legend" was a tribute to his wife. Of course this resurge in his popularity saw him booked on MTV Unplugged the next year.

Excellent, you're very talented! This song is one of my favourites and I know it's very difficult to sing!! Must have been very intimidating singing in front of so many people? Pity you didn't leave in the full version I would have liked to listen to it all. I like the editing though particularly where the page winds down slowly.
