Forklift operator gets to close to tall storage shelves, They collapse nearly killing him. Close call.

@sonofazazel i would have too.. accept i would have been stuck in the rubble because of the fact that we fire people for class A's on equipment lol, i bet they pointed that out haha and fired him for not having it on even though it saved his ass lol

i install this rack for a living. and the only possible way for that to happen is if the feet on those uprights were not anchored to the ground. thats the only option. each beam level can support over a ton of weight. this guy wasnt that smart but. it was not his fault
