  • They didn't have radial fins in 1969. Sorry. Maybe it has a head from circa 1972-4.

  • @RickfromLafayette Sorry to disagree but the 1969 Cross Country came with the radial fin head as seen here. Simi Valley Cycles has one for sale right now on their website for $1000 (as of 12/8/2011) you might want to check out.

  • hi polemt. the tune came from youtube stock audio selections, so not sure what the name of the song was. P.S. bike was ridden all over saddleback park back in the day... Even tried to climb the "Matterhorn" on it!

  • Great bike, reminds me of Saddleback motorcycle park in Tustin,CA in the 60's! Please tell me the name of your background tune!

  • wow, I remember the first time I rode one of these, I couldn't believe the power it had. felt like a strong 175. wide power band (for a 125), and had a fair amount up top. You could hit a lot of stuff with that front end, and soak it up. You had to hit it, because you sure couldn't lift it over anything! Damn nice bike!!

  • well the piston is currently froze carb needs rebuild neads new seatfoam. tires and airbox that i know of. its getting to be a rare bike becouse most of the old steel tankers are rusted away. just shoot me a number and i can text u pics. it does have an aftermarket set of forks. just give me an offer i cant say no to. i want to atleast beable to get my money out of it.
