I'm also pretty sure you can't start the props one by one, because they're linked to eachother, so when you start one engine, both props start turning.
I'm no expert on the Osprey, but that only seems very logical to me.

this is a shitty simulator if theres 22's like this, the engines cant face forward when the aircraft is grounded and the propellers rotate in opposite directions
