splenda is basically chlorine..or has chlorine molecules.chlorine is used for keeping swimming pools hygenic..its very poisonous and NOT made for human consumption
..its less dangerous than other sugar substitutes, such as saccharin or aspartame but it is neverthless dangerous..when people are on a diet they use splenda since it has less calories than sugar

Very simplistic recipe. Usually for this recipe you would flavour the cream with real chocolate, giving it a more authentic chocolate, richer taste. Apart from it being a great beginners recipe, one rule i've found over years in making panna cotta's is that you should NEVER use a wisker to mix the cream with ingredients. This is because it create too much are in the mixture and you'll find the outcome will be airy and not as full and thick as when you use just any mixing spoon.

I' m italian and that's not the way we make panna cotta. first of all we absolutely do not use just. the most important ingredient is the panna. then we can use, some do chefs do, some do not, milk
