BCA talks to Sen. Phil Williams about SB 373, a job creation incentive bill

The job creation bill would provide the state with an additional tool to attract, retain and expand industry and jobs in Alabama by allowing new and expanding industry to retain as much as 90 percent of state income tax withholdings from employees associated with the project, and use the savings to offset costs of constructing or equipping the new facility.
