yeah, i got this dvd about the black album not too long ago, and it says newsted uses a 12 string for one of the songs on this album?...If anyone knows, please tell me, i think it was on this song but i'm not to sure

@LOGdanne The bass in the photo is an Alembic, but what you're hearing is a 1981 Spector NS-2 bass. Jason stated that the Alembics' tone was too thin to record with (listen to "Stone Cold Crazy" and see why...it's the only Metallica song Jason used an Alembic to record).
