  • I have to say that I make this today, after a kneaded one yesterday that didn't turn out well and it was IMMENSE! We've all sat round and ruined our dinner, tucking into freshly baked mulit-grain slathered with butter. Thank you SO MUCH!

  • SHE IS SEXY lol

  • @slurpingsherry Try a no-knead bread book from a U.S. author (f.ex. "Kneadlessly Simple" or "Healthy Bread in 5 Minutes a Day"), which would have whole-grain bread recipes with cup measurements. UK/European bakers typically weigh ingredients instead (and the "Artisan Bread in 5 Minutes a Day" coauthors have recently released a UK edition of that book, with all measurements by weight).

  • Thanks for the easy recipe. Keep up :)

  • Not true that yeast needs sugar added to the recipe...the natural sugar in the flour is sufficient. Thanks for the nice video -- beautiful loaf of bread. Good idea to turn the bread upside down and back into the oven for crispiness on the bottom.

  • Nice vid, well done. About fresh yeast: common misconception that it needs magical 'activation'; it is much more active than dried yeast. Moreover, it gives better tasting bread, fresher. Just crumble it through the dry stuff and it'll take off.

The pumpkin seeds sound like they've been pre-popped, correct? Also, I think you could check your oven temps, coz by the look of it, that isn't 35 min@450. It would be a darker brown then. Which, I think, would probably make an even better tasting bread.

  • omg i get a bad raten but this lady use suduce that makes no sense

  • Hi, this looks very interesting and I can't wait to try it - but could you please give the measurements of ingredients in terms of cups rather than grams - I don't have a weighing machine so the cup measurements would be super helpful.

    Thanks!!
