Thanks for starting a podcast! LRC needed to do this long ago. Articles are going the way of the dodo.
Better late than never :)

Your comments about Harding were absolutely correct. Many of our very best Presidents were the ones who did the least.

Thanks, Lew, for the podcasts. I hope a lot of people listen to them.
Is there any way they can be broadcast on commercial radio -- or TV?

Thanks for posting this onto YouTube. I'd rather listen to it on here than on the official site.

Thank you very much!

since the money supply is a floating money supply(not backed by gold) i do not understand how if you print more money then the value of it is decreased(its not backed by anything how can its value decrease?)

The value of all the money remains the same, but the portion that each individual has is redistributed. It's like you have 50% and I have 50%, then someone else starts counterfeiting and suddenly we all three have 33%. It's when counterfeited money gets into circulation when everybody else gets shafted.

oh so money is still backed by gold........but they keep printing more money that is not backed by gold so the value of your money keeps decreasing........right?
kRAZYCanuck22 3 years ago
No, the money is not backed by anything. It's called fiat money.
Do a google search for 'Money, Banking and the Federal Reserve', by misesmedia.
