Dramaturgy extra credit UW Drama Wtr '10

Drama 101 students at the University of Washington conducting an extra credit assignment.

Most people in our class did freezes. We instead decided on a crazier, bigger approach...

Experiment: Run like crazy while yelling and screaming from Red Square to the quad. Get into a circle and start chanting and hollering as if we were excited about something in the middle. We wanted to capture the reactions of students passing by.

Conclusion: It was a success! People were very confused and some even stopped to check out what we were all looking and cheering at.

Participants' thoughts before it all: "We're excited to see what people will think when they see us going insane in the quad."

Participant's overall reaction afterwards: "It was really fun, a lot of heads turned, and it was overall a very funny experience."
