@thndrct218 No need to "apologize"; if anything, you should apologize to animals for the analogy, as they don't know any better. Some people just have their head in the sand. It's well documented what happened to Brooklyn (notwithstanding the spin of the pipe-smoking intellectuals and/or college activist zombies with blogs). The PC crowd, however, will continue to throw labels on whoever speaks the truth. Who cares...let them.

Im sorry to say but they are all animals living there. Don't believe me just walk there by yourself at any time during the day. Especially at night. My grandfather used to tell me stories about all the wonderful Jewish stores on Eastern Parkway back in the 30's and 40's. He also told me of how the area went to shit right after WWII. So sad.

@hfelton Fool? Ok, check the UCR (uniform crime reports) on the borough from the late 1950s on, and then come back and tell me I'm ignorant. Even the people who were with the organization (Dodgers) say the neighborhood went to hell in the waning years of Ebbets.

I went to Madison HS (see above) several years after the kids pictured at our beloved Ebbets Field, and my only problem with what you ignorantly call ¨animals¨¨ and ¨social undesirables¨ is that they missed the chance to watch the Dodgers play. Welcome to the West Indian gentleman above and to all immigrants to our great borough.

@inquisitive871 when i say animals, i mean all the social undesirables that came to brooklyn and ruined it and made it into the seedy place to live it is now; some parts of it are still nice, like down by the water but its mostly a hellhole now
