This shows the construction of what I hope to be my best region from scratch. Everything is being added as you see it, and hopefully, when done right, the finished product will look pretty good.
In this video, the two cities shown are Franklin (the residential and commercial city) and Hampton (the industrial city). In this viddeo the first residents begin to move into Franklin and more neighborhoods are added. In the next video, an education system is implemented into Franklin as well as water being added to both cities. Thank you and I hope you stick around to see the rest of the series.

@Zukhov1945 cause Sim City 4 is really THAT hard,everything you do in the game can change your city to a better place or even to destroy it,and you have to do all again.
Im a expert gamer,and i have to assume that i've played that game more than two hundred times,and now it is more easy to me,thanks GOD and tutorials.

@AcoGuitar000 Ha, thanks. Yup, I went through and accepted all friend requests today. Man, its been a while wince I last was on this profile. Btw, I believe that I did use that Street Mod. Was pretty neat if I do remember correctly
