Lucid Events Log 54- Meeting with Bashar, Kundalini Clip

On March 10, 2011 I met with Bashar for the third time. Meeting with him two years ago preceded my conscious awakening- I returned to hear his perspective of the Kundalini, as well as gain potential insight into the etheric contacts and sightings I have been experiencing. I hope our combined energies will be helpful to many of you listening in.

This was some of the best bashar material I've seen. =) Thank you. One question how did you figure out that laying on the floor and swinging your lower body would have that effect on you? I've been searching for bashar's perspective on kundalini and tantric/taoist sexual practices...This video's is perfect...Thanks again!

@DarkSeaFriend There was no figuring out, not in advance anyway. At this time, the nights were spent sleeping on the floor. Laying face down always helped me ground strong emotions and sensations. When they came on this one night, in trying to glean how to tolerate the intensity I naturally began rocking, or more aptly, swimming my lower body from side to side. When I stopped, this is when it happened, I could feel myself bodily dematerializing. Pure bliss, just wow.

@drshaligram It is a simple hand painted stone bead, I am not sure the type of stone. A few months ago I began energetically picking up the feeling to place something here. Wow omcasey, I've always wondered why I so often experience so much sexual energy and the intense desire to just be naked, while being in an extremely relaxed state between being 'awake' and 'sleeping'.
