This is the official video, as presented by MTV in 1981. Wikipedia also has recently just added that this version from "Cher...and Other Fantasies" is listed as the "Take Me Home" official video.

If it hasn't been mentioned- as I didn't read all the comments- this is from Cher's 1979 NBC TV Special "Cher & Other Fantasies". It's such a good clip that it should be considered an official music video. To the person who mentioned Cher on Roller skates- that's from the special too. I wish all of Cher's Classic TV specials would get official DVD releases already!
