havent kept up with her career or if she is still fighting, but Ms. Rijker has always been an outstanding fighter, and i don't mean for a woman(no disrespect meant) i just mean flat out outstanding. besides having fantastic technique she keeps a cool head in the ring. womens ring sports could ask for no finer example, much respect.

I had the honor of meeting Lucia back in the late 90s and even sparing with her (she took it easy on me). She is a class act and a great ambassador for the sport of boxing. I'm glad Women's boxing is in the 2012 Olympics without her dedication and commitment to the sport i truly don't believe it would have been possible. Congratulations Lucia! Your still awesome and gorgeous as ever!!!!
