The problem is not the train, it's the line. Rome-Florence is a high speed line relatively old, with curves' radius (3000 meters) that are too short if related to its speed (250 km/h)...
Infact the new high speed lines (300 km/h) have longer curves' radius (5000 meters) and there are not such vibrations...
